Dreamcatcher - just got the same message today (= 1 week mark for me). I'll try again tomorrow which will be day 8, since I found that I have to enter the Sephora weekly one on the 8th day in order for that form to submit. Will see if it's similar for this one. Posted by: DT96 on April 5, 2018
