I've been getting the same error, so I contacted Coke support, and they said that somehow my account had a US address on it (no idea why). This was their suggested solve: From looking at your account, it appears to have a US address listed. This is most likely what is causing the issue. You may want to try submitting a deletion request and then reregistering on the Canadian site. Please visit https://cokeurl.com/vh8bwt where you can submit a deletion request. This will enable us to remove accounts and all associated personal information from our systems. After that is completed, you can reregister on the Canadian site. ha ha the form used to request the deletion will not submit because it demands a state from a dropdown (which I can't actually get to activate) even tho I chose Canada as my country.
