Mine finally submitted but had to go thru half a dozen capchas first!

You can thank the Cheaters for the capchas. The sites had to make it more difficult for the Cheaters to enter friends, family and pets either manually or auto.

the rules state this ends on November 20th not the 16th

Posted by: skeetersden on October 13, 2017

I don't get how "cheaters" can enter without getting disqualified? Don't the contest administrators "see" (by IP address) if someone has entered more than once per day? Doesn't matter is the cheater has used a 2nd email or name, it's coming from the same computer.
Also wonder how the cheater gets away with it when the contest administrator asks for photo ID to prove who they are?
I think this is all a good thing (tracking IP entry and asking for photo ID). Make it FAIR!!

you can easily hide your IP address thru a VPN and very few contests require an ID verification. They state they do but when the time comes they don't ask for it, I honestly don't think they care it's just advertising to them and there are no actual laws to stop underhanded practices by contesters

Difficult capchas are fine with me. Let the Cheaters spend an hour entering one contest.

Posted by: anonymous on October 14, 2017

Twice now I have had to send a copy of Government I.D. to the sponsor.

I am missing something with this contest. Asks if I am a robot, answer No. BUT did not ask for a capchas, at least not this contest.

Posted by: PATZ on October 14, 2017

I very,, very rarely get capchas as well. Can't figure it out at all.

Posted by: susanvstirling on October 14, 2017

I don not get a captcha or a confirmation of my entry.

Posted by: lin13 on October 15, 2017

So... two people in the same house sharing a computer entering contests would be considered cheating.

Anyone signing a legal document With a false name is committing fraud and would be liable to be prosecuted. Criminal actions can be charge any time during a lifetime. No sunset.

Rules state one entry per mailing address.

Posted by: abluesgirl on October 18, 2017

Rules say one entry per person, per day.

Posted by: lin13 on October 19, 2017

sorry I meant per day, but it does say once per day per mailing address. Multiple people from same household cannot win

Posted by: abluesgirl on October 19, 2017

skeeterden, valid point about hiding IP, but "easily" don't think so. Not something a common contester would know how to do. The crooks, yes.
So then the cheaters must either use multiple email addresses and phone numbers. If that's the case, how in the world do they have enough time to check all those email addresses for winner notifications?? They hopefully miss the message, and the prize is forfeited.
I think they (sponsors) do care since they are starting to verify winners. And maybe we legitimate contesters can voice our concerns to them...I wonder how we can do that. Maybe Linda (Contesgirl) has some pull with the administrators and can pass along all our feedback (do you do that Linda?).
So I just want to finish with hoping they DO indeed start asking for ID for all wins. Use a fake name, and you're caught sucker. But, huge but, probably very time consuming for the administrators to go through these steps.

".....and ending November 20, 2017, at 11:59 p.m. ET"

Posted by: Tazo on November 16, 2017

Thanks--I've fixed the end date.

Posted by: Contestgirl on November 16, 2017

This contest is OVER.

Posted by: anonymous on November 16, 2017

Draw is November 20th

Posted by: abluesgirl on November 16, 2017

No entry form

Posted by: warrior1 on November 16, 2017

I think they made a mistake on the end date; the page that comes up , when you click on form says post concours (contest).
