I tried 3 browsers and incognito too. I can't get an entry form to come up either. If anyone gets the form, is it possible to post the link to it?

The pop-up appeared about a minute after the page loaded, using Chrome.

They must have fixed it. It now appears for me on Chrome too.

I got the popup, but when I enter my email address it says "Our records indicate that this email is already subscribed".

I had to scroll down for the entry form popped up. Could not figure out how to copy the link... Beware of at least one if not more emails a day from them until Mother's Day!
