You have to click on "Apply TBX" and fill out the form. One of the mandates is to describe your culinary journey in 500 words.

3 judging periods and the entry goes through a screening process. It's an entry that requires thought and effort and related to the culinary journey you've gone through, with a splash of taco Bell flavors in the essay.
