From another site:

There was another promo they had last year that did the same thing to me, when I contacted CS they wanted a picture of your photo ID.
Avoid all sweepstakes hosted by activaterewards.'

I have removed this sweeps from my bookmarks, Not dealing with their garbage. Nobody is getting a copy of my photo ID.
I did contact them, got a robo reply:
'Thank you for your participation in this promotion. We appreciate your patience throughout this process and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
We've suspended your submission because we were unable to verify your eligibility for this offer.
We have forwarded your email to the appropriate department for further review.'

I submitted it to their "contact us" when I got that suspended notice. I had that problem with their last sweep too. They usually fix it, but it's a hassle. Day 2 getting the notice

@ chiagirl -&- anyone else that is experiencing the same issue.
I don't know if this will help, but here's my experience with them so far.
March 10th -&- 11th Sunday / Monday
I e-mailed them, ( on the 10th ) to refute the "Security Alert" on my entry attempt and I got an automated response, ( on the 10th -&- 11th ) on my "Suspended Entry Submission" and they said that they would look into it and forward my e-mail to the appropriate department for further review... etc.
March 14th Thursday
I received a follow up e-mail that basically said the same thing as before, but NO notice that I could continue re-submitting further entries.
March 18th -&- 19th Monday / Tuesday
Just out of curiosity, I tried to enter the sweeps once again -&- to my surprise my entry has been accepted, ( so far ) without any problem.

On March 7th I filled out their contact form and received the following email:

On March 14th I emailed them back stating this still hadn't been resolved. I never got a response to that email, so I've emailed them back again today. I am still unable to enter. I don't know what proof of eligibility they think they need, but if they'd just ask me for it directly rather than playing the run around game this could be solved by now.

Would not let me enter today. Captcha kept timing out. Came back to it later and it told me I already entered and "only 1 entry is allowed in a 24 hour period". This is a little messed up !

Wow. Had no idea people were having an issue with this one. I received the message about being unable to verify my eligibility for the first time today. I keep telling myself (and my spouse) that I need to cut back some on this hobby and that I was going to stick solely to large prizes. Yet I got sucked into this one because I love Visa GCs as prizes. When I receive them, I immediately use them to increase my Amazon balance.
I wasted way too much time on this promotion as it is. I'm not going to waste anymore of it by contacting them. Maybe if they had competent people responding, but clearly it's just a cookie cutter response.
Good luck to everyone to manage to get to the end of this long low value promotion.

I also keep getting a security alert, I sent them an email once and was able to enter and now again they are suspending me. I've had the same email for 30 years, they need to have a better security system.
