Hey smoochies, might you (or anyone else) be willing to share where exactly you actually found that clue/answer? (I'm presuming it was somewhere on the website, seeing as the episode for this week hasn't yet aired.)

Tuor87, it says that you have to watch for the clue on the TV program, Les Chefs! that is broadcast on Mondays at 8PM.

Pearls: Cheers. According to the instructions (and rekrapla's comment), you can get the clue either from the webpage (which may be where smoochies got "envol" from) or from the TV show. I'm just not yet sure where it's supposed to be on the webpage.
