I still interpret it as a single entry, although the first sentence above should not be phrased as it is.

Whenever I'm in doubt, I don't risk it. Some promotions are set up to prevent you from entering when it's single entry. The ones you don't you risk the chance of disqualifying yourself.

I also am scared that a duplicate could get posted and I enter twice and then get disqualified for it.

These two sentences from the rules should remove all doubt: "Entries must be received between Saturday, July 20, 2024 at 12:00:00 AM ET and Monday, September 30, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM ET. Limit: One (1) Entry per person regardless of whether entrant has more than one email address." The entry limitation immediately following the entry period for the entire sweepstakes is a pretty strong indication of a single-entry contest. The only weekly aspect is the draws.
