It is in the rules but it still lets you enter because I m definitely not on tinder.

Another sweeps with that dang map and when I try to enter my street address it states it is invalid.

Even if you can physically enter the form, if you get picked, you'll be disqualified after the fact. It happened to me a long time ago.. I didn't do it deliberately, but I missed a part of the rules and I didn't join something that was required. When I won they asked me to verify my member name and I couldn't. It was a $1,000 prize and I was so bummed out.

The rules clearly state in the "eligibility" sections you must "be registered users of Tinder (each, a Participant(s) ). If you are not already a registered user of Tinder. it is free to join."
