I got the same message - not available in your location. I searched for them on Instagram to see if I could send a message to let them know there was a problem (no contact info per previous post). I found they also have another giveaway on Instagram, but it doesn't work either! So, I left a comment under that giveaway advising them neither sites are working for Canadians. However, going through some previous comments on Instagram, the company is advising people to clear their cache, try using desktop or laptop instead of mobile, different browser, but other comments say it's still not working with those suggestions, so the problem must be on their end.
