I was one of the non-winning winners, surelyshields, about 2 hrs after they said I was a winner they emailed again and said " 'oopsie poopsy' we made a mistake, please accept our apologies, we will send you $2 coupon for Charmin. Please fill out the form at the bottom so we can send it to you. Two days later they sent another email, "We have received your form, your coupon(s) will arrive in 6-8 weeks. Please use both $25 coupons by a certain date (forgot the exact date but I saved the email) or the coupons will expire". I was disappointed but not totally surprised cbond58, the people in charge of these sweeps don't always know what is going on or what the rules are. This happened to me about 15-16 yrs. ago, it was a trip to California to a big-time golf match, some shopping and meals and lodging. I actually got ahold of them on the phone, after a little prodding they said they would send a check for what the prize was worth.... $1000, I was good with that! So, I, too , received an email stating that I had won, then the email stating that I hadn't won and that those affected would be receiving 2 @ $25 coupons. Then I got the oopsie poopsie email stating they were sending a $2 coupon so I contacted them and they said to search my emails for another from them to claim the 2 $25 coupons and sure enough it was there. Thanks Huricane. I'll update if I ever get it, but I did email them about it & they never mentioned it may not have arrived yet. Direct quote from their rep "If you don t see the aforementioned email, please check your Junk folder to see if our email might be in that location." I received the coupons yesterday and used them today. I had trouble using them, so the cashier had to get a manager, and the manager had to do overrides, etc. He said he had never seen toilet paper coupons so large (up to $25) before, but it worked out.
