I have tried scanning two products but just get an error message. Sent a message to their customer support email but no answer yet. Has anyone succeeded in scanning?

Yes. Just grab a photo from the internet and it scanned.

Likewise Scorpio, I tried numerous times scanning actual product to no avail. I finally sent an email requesting assistance and then tried a few more times afterwards and it finally accepted it. I told them I found it very frustrating

OwenX you don't have to do anything. It is just for your info as to what you are agreeing to if you want the prize. If you do not agree with anything then you can let them know and you will not receive the prize.

I have tried dozens of time on my PC, my tablet, cell phone... can't get anything to scan at all. I Line up the bottle perfectly, hold still, get the 'try again' message. AARGH! Then yesterday, I grabbed hubby's phone. Bingo! The picture was horrid, didn't even capture the logo, and I won a water bottle. This contest is nutso. lol

Curious about your water bottles. Mine came - orange plastic one. Were some of them more like a real water bottle. Not complaining as it was also my first win in ages. lol
