after hitting submit I receive a response of "One time code required" but see no option to request a code or place to input one

Hi dootz, where did you see that NC isn't valid? In the rules, I see:
This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and
the District of Columbia, who are 25 years of age or older at the time of entry.
