"the winner can also select to have the selected vehicle wrapped in the logo/colors of participating NFL team on whose website winner entered the Sweepstakes ( Grand Prize ). The ARV of the wrap component of the Grand Prize is $10,000. Winner may choose NOT to accept the wrap component of the Grand Prize; but, in such case, the Grand Prize will consist solely of the selected vehicle, and winner will not receive the value of the wrap component."

I can't tell if you can enter once with each link or just pick your team and enter using that link. Very confusing.

Looks like one entry only over all the 8 links. With the last line talking about declaring all entries void I wouldn't risk entering more than one.
4. Restrictions on Entry:
There is a limit of one (1) Entry into the Grand Prize drawing and one (1) Entry into the applicable Pool per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Violation of this limit will result in only the first Entry being considered for inclusion in the Sweepstakes with all other Entries declared void. But, if a person engages in egregious, blatant, or repeated violations of the Entry limit (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion), Sponsor/Administrator may disqualify such person from the Sweepstakes altogether with all winner s entries being declared void.
