they say in lieu of receipt, write the 500 character essay, but when i do and try to enter, keeps going back and highlighting the receipt..i wish these people would get it right!

I tried with receipt too same it comes back without the Quebec province being blank. Tried different browsers but none worked. Wrote to them and they suggested I get a relative to help. Very annoying. I wrote to them again, wish their tech would check it out.

@chocolate, write you essay in Word, it will show you how many characters you have, then copy and paste into the contest
