Refused entry on 2nd day, says email already used. Suppose to be a daily? Is this a 24 Hr.?

I got a message that I was already registered. Per the rules it doesn't appear to be a 24 hour, There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person, per day, per email. If Participant
enters more than one time per day, Participant will receive an error message and
be prompted to try again after the appropriate time has passed. For purposes of
this Instant Win, a day begins at 12:00 AM PT and ends at 11:59 PM PT.
