I cannot find an entry form and it looks like you need to join for a huge amount of money.

Guitar gal, I just checked it for you. When you open, confirm your province and DOB, and accept cookies, the form will pop up. There was no mention of joining or paying. Good luck! I didn't enter because I'm in Ontario, but I wanted to see if it was working.
