Usual full 7 days between NPN entries. The "Weekly Draws" entry periods end Nov 15, 22, 29, Dec 6, 13, 20 and Jan 7. (so you could theoretically get more than one weekly entry in first and last draw periods

I clicked the "no purchase entry" and got a message that they had disabled entries from my country (Canada).

7-eleven contests continue to have the "disabled entries" issue with some Canadian home internet providers.
Try using your phone data instead of home wifi
VPN will also work if you select a Canada server
