As previously posted in past contests this is a localization of SecondStreets US-Canada wide contest. (they seem to do them quarterly). You can only enter the contest 1X period. I have already seen a localization on a different Black Press site, so beware.

I started with the link here for Victoria News but it was asking about attending different events, so I looked at the rules before I submitted.
The straight link to main sponsor was way simpler & faster!! Only 1 no matter which local sponsor you use... but this was much easier!

Thanks 123ABC and Itsjustme. I did try looking at the Black Press Media main listings of contest to see if that was the case (to share that link instead), but this one wasn't even listed there. It's strange that they're lumping various local prizes from different locations in with the big prize.

When I use the link to secondstreetapp that Itsjustme shared, I see a header, reading "Promotions" and after that a list of 4 links to "BASE Affiliate's Promotion 5" (among other links), but when I click on one of those, most of the page is blank/gray with a banner at the top of the page that looks like what is usually the "footer" of their contest pages. This is both on FireFox and Microsoft Edge. Not that it matters for me, since I've already entered the Victoria News one, so it's just a curiousity for me.
