From what I could see, this is open to all of Canada. I couldn't find anywhere in the rules that it stated it was not open to AB, SK, or MB.

Are we all looking at different contests? From the rules, I read:
you must: (i) be of legal drinking age in your province of residence;
(ii) be a legal resident of Canada;
(iii) not be a member of the immediate families of an employee

I got their rules at the bottom completely; the short version is written there or click on Contest Rules for the full version.
It said I already had an account with them so I reset the password and got acces.
I entered yesterday and it worked for me, they give you a confirmation code at the end.

Maybe if situated in a different province the link is different and that is why we have different versions of the rules I presume. For my I'm in QC

That's an interesting idea, mattila87. When it asks me for my province, it immediately takes me to the same page as the other contest (Shop Beer Gear), and I don't need an account to log in.

In case there is a different site depending on province, here's my BC experience...
when I go to the link it sends me to an account creation (not the ShopBeerGear site).
In both the short-form rules at the bottom of the page, and in the full contest rules link, it says "excluding Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba."
I created an account, clicked to get a NPE code, which gave me an instant win entry and another code entry for the grand prize.

I got the same procedure as interlake's fine description.
It worked for me again tonight; make sure to wait the 24hr between submission I'm guessing as I tried it the following day and it said that I already entered; unless their on PST and I'm on EST. Anywho...

I won the NBA Access Pass, apparently worth $239. My cousin's lad is getting a nice present, he is a big NBA fan. Me... not so much. lolol
