How far does $25k go in terms of a kitchen remodel? Especially since you are required to do ten cabinets.

Ultimately depends on the size of the kitchen and the type of remodeling. If your keeping same kitchen layout and just getting new cabinets, countertops, lighting, back splash. Then 25k should cover
If you are changing the whole kitchen layout were the plumbing and electrical will have to be redone, then your getting into the 30 to 40 thousand range.

I suppose it is dependent upon where you live. Many in the rural areas will do a total kitchen remodel for 25K and that includes plumbing & electrical.

I would probably want flooring done (since we are already taking it cabinets) and maybe countertop as well. I wouldn't touch plumbing it electrical.

according to the rules you don't get the money it goes to who ever remodels your kitchen. They have to submit an invoice to Welborn cabinets.
