The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received." Needs to be edited to reflect @seadog insight .. The odds of winning are nil if you enter while the contest is open, but we've already picked the winner...

Well not so harsh in this case. I won the $10,000 Dr. Oetker contest in 2019. It is possible.

Rules 'form' is dated November 2023 (at bottom of last page) - obviously the person who was supposed to update the form did a poor job.

There is a limit of one entry per person.
In the case of multiple entries into a contest with defined entry limitations, only the first eligible entry will be considered.
